Over the last couple of years, I’ve been drawn to creating imagery that explores, empowers and celebrates the divine feminine.

I am fascinated by the mind / body / spirit connection, especially as it relates to women –

our ever-evolving relationships with our bodies, alignment of our chakras, and connection to our intuition. 

Chakras are 7 energy centers in the body that run along spine from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

Root chakra is at the base of the spine and is associated with survival, stability, security and grounding.

Sacral chakra is below the naval; associated with creativity, pleasure, sensuality, fertility.

The last 7 years have been globally and personally filled with grief, survival, shedding and healing the root chakra.

I am no longer focused on using my energy to adapt to the world, simply to survive or fighting to exist

– I know I am strongly rooted, aligned and powerful.

Now, I am allowing myself to feel safe and abundant in my feminine energy and harness the creative energy of the sacral chakra.

Allowing ourselves to be soft & vulnerable takes courage.

Once we find that inner duality of masculine & feminine, we can access the power our full potential. 

Rebellion is healing her root chakra – choosing to stay grounded rather than living in fight or flight, constantly reacting to the world.

Allowing creative energy to flow abundantly through her sacral chakra where she can harness her powers to bring her visions to life with love.
